1. Diamond Concentration

The diamond concentration controls the number of effective cutting edges on the working surface of the bond. The effective cutting edge on the working surface of the diamond tool varies with the height of the diamond edge.

In a certain concentration area, the concentration is reduced, and the effective cutting edge for drilling is reduced. 5. Grit Size of Diamond

The choice of Diamond Grit size is suitable for coarse diamond. Because when drilling reinforced concrete, the height of diamond edge is higher than that of dense rock. If fine-grained diamond is selected, the number of diamond particles on the surface increases, but the real effective cutting edge is relatively reduced, resulting in the diamond falling off before it is fully worked.
